Rico is passionate about his job as a Field Service Engineer.
He’s constantly looking for a better way to do each task, and
knows how to optimize each day so he can complete each task quickly and
correctly.
He keeps the record keepers in our office going full time,
logging his work, and revising our SOPs.
That’s the way we like him. We want Rico to think continuously
about improvement, and to do every job perfectly. Because when Rico
improves our technique, he prevents your problems. At the end of the

Brian sweats the small stuff in our machine shop.
His job is measured in tens of thousandths of an inch, and he may
be more suited to building watches than to building motors. But
laboratory drives are precision instruments, often exceeding the rpm of
a jet engine.
That’s where Brian comes in. His eyes can see flaws that most
people would overlook, and his fingers can feel bumps tens of
thousandths of an inch thick.
That’s the way we like him. We want Brian to spot all potential
